550 Sikh Vidhwaan Scholarship
Launched on the 550th Birth Anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev ji, 550 Sikh Vidhwaan is a scholarship program designed to support and guide the Sikhs of tomorrow and give them a better future.
In its launch year, we are given scholarships to more than 300 students across India and are not stopping at that. Along with the financial assistance, we are also providing additional tuition classes, assistance in studies and career counselling services to our Sikh Vidhwaan students.
The criteria to apply for the scholarship is as follows
The student should be in the age group of 5-16 years old
Should be a registered school going student with 80% attendance and 80% academic records
Should come from a family with limited means and with family income less than Rs. 5L PA
Students who do not have either or both parents, girl students will be given priority incase. All decisions regarding the scholarship will be taken by the Edusikh committee without any partially, bias or recommendations
